My Trip up Country!

Well this past weekend I was away with my sister-in-law, Karabo, my mother-in-law and my girls. We up country to see how the new dairy farm is progressing that my in-laws will shortly be moving too! We stayed in a hotel and went swimming and had a really great time hanging out, and then we went to the farm the next day and had a big tour. This farm is amazing and huge!! I am so happy for my family that they get such a great opportunity to build everything new including my mother-in-law's dream house. They never thought that this would happen to them, but their dreams seem to be coming true, and although I will miss them sooooo much, I am very happy for them. Here are a few pictures of what the place looks like...

The Girls walking to the milking parlor from the main house
The veranda around my mother-in-law's new house!
The new house
One of the many big barns
The top of the line milking parlor!! It's gorgeous inside and out!!! The cows are in for a big surprise!!

Sarah,
Thank you for posting the pictures of the new farm. I just love verandas and it looks like the setting is just beautiful. The pictures of the barns are really amazing.
You are right, your in laws certainly deserve the new farm. Won't it be so much fun to have a place to visit during the holidays? The girls are still young enough to think of that as Grandma's and Grandpa's farm as they grow up.

It is so neat that you have started this blog now when they are moving away, what a great opportunity to stay connected.
